    Hi Carl,

    Thanks for tagging my post on Technorati (http://brainycoach.com/?p=811).

    No two bullies are the same, but their patterns of behavior are the same. That’s why I’ve been able to identify countermeasures that can be applied to any situation. My strategies and techniques are not theories. They come from my observations and they work. Try them.

    At the same time, I think people need coaching to design tactics that fit their individualized situations. Lists of suggestions are nice, but they’re usually too general and don’t take into account the specific pressures, constraints and responsibilities people have to deal with

    Be strong and courageous; persevere.
